Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday by previous arrangement.

Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday in Mountain View, Wednesday in Walnut Creek.  Office is open for scheduling, prescription refills, supplement orders or general questions daily M-F 9-5 pm

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• A credit card number is required to secure your first office appointment.
• 48 hours notice required. You will be charged for your full visit time if you do not provide us with 48 hours notice of your cancellation.
• Cancellation policy applies to Same-day appointments.

Payments

Payments can be made by cash, check, and all major credit cards. At time of service.

We do not take insurance. If you have insurance that covers our treatments, we will provide you with insurance forms to submit to your insurance company, they will reimburse you directly for services, laboratory and possibly supplements.
